Closed-toe shoes that fully cover the foot are required (No Keenes, finger shoes, crocs, etc.)

ALL SALES FINAL.  ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS GIVEN, INCLUDING GUEST CANCELLATIONS OR LATE ARRIVALS.  Guests must arrive at the Welcome Center prior to their reserved time slot, and must be checked in at the front desk, ready to depart by the reserved time.  There may be a line at check-in, so please arrive early.

A late arrival could diminish the experience of other paying guests and for this reason tardiness will result in forfeiture of your reservation without refund.
